In life we often lose touch
We lose touch with those we love
We lose touch with our goals
With our dreams
We lose touch with ourselves
In the midst of chaos how is one to stay true? 
And what if the chaos is not yours to bear? 
Then you are the one who feels loss the deepest
The loss of those who have lost touch with themselves
The pain of those who are no longer around
The worry that they'll never find themselves again
The utter heartbreak that is moving on and not letting their chaos enter into your own
In life we often lose touch
And it is the journey back
That matters the most.
